Using our store
You must be an adult able to enter a binding agreement, or use the site with the permission and supervision of a responsible adult. Provide accurate account, contact and delivery information, and keep account credentials secure. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, infringe rights or interfere with another person’s use.
Product information
We describe the materials and details available for each bag as clearly as possible. Colors may appear different on different screens. Measurements are approximate where stated, and photographs may include props that are not part of the purchase. The included item is identified in the product details. Contact us before ordering if a particular dimension or feature is essential to you.
Prices and orders
Prices are in US dollars. The total shown at checkout includes the applicable shipping charge and any taxes calculated for your order. We may correct a pricing or descriptive error, but we will contact you before making a material change to an order and offer cancellation with a refund where appropriate.
An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order for an unavailable item, an incorrect price, an invalid delivery address or suspected misuse, subject to applicable law. Any money collected for a canceled order will be refunded.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is limited to the contiguous 48 United States. Allow 1–3 business days for processing and an estimated 4–12 business days in transit. See the Shipping Policy for charges and delay handling. Return requests are available within 30 days of delivery under the conditions in our Refund Policy.
