Your information, handled with care.

This policy explains how Toytopia LLC, operating Totopia Carry at totopiacarry.com, handles information when you browse, shop or contact us.

Information you provide

We receive the contact and delivery details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order information and messages. If you create an account, we retain its login and order records. Please do not put payment card numbers or other sensitive information in our contact form.

Information from using the site

The site and hosting service may record IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, time of access and security logs. These records help deliver the site, diagnose errors and prevent abuse. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics tools on this site.

Why we use it

We use information to maintain your bag and account, process orders, arrange delivery, handle returns, answer requests, protect the service and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who may receive it

Information is shared only as needed with service providers involved in website hosting, communications, order administration and parcel delivery, and with authorities when legally required. Each receives information needed for its role. Information may be processed outside your state or country, subject to applicable protections.

Cookies and your choices

Essential WooCommerce cookies remember your shopping bag and session, including woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart and wp_woocommerce_session_ cookies. WordPress uses cookies for login, account authentication and security when those features are used. Session cookies may expire when the browser closes; shopping sessions typically last up to two days, and login duration depends on whether you choose to remain signed in.

Our cookie banner stores your Accept or Decline choice in your browser’s local storage under totopia-cookie-choice. Both choices preserve essential shopping functions. We currently set no optional analytics or marketing cookies. You can reopen the banner using Cookie Settings in the footer, or clear site storage in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the bag, account or checkout from working.

Retention and protection

We keep order records for business, tax and legal needs, and contact messages for as long as needed to handle the request and related issues. Other records are kept only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. We use HTTPS and limit administrative access, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests

You may contact hello@totopiacarry.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity. Some records must be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. We will handle requests in accordance with rights that apply where you live, without discriminating against you for exercising those rights.

Adults and policy updates

Our store is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it. Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page.
